Allure has partnered with a concierge service to help you not forget your scheduled time with us. Please make sure to UPDATE your personal information with our front desk coordinators. You’re always welcome to opt IN our OUT at any time. You can confirm or cancel your appointment via text by replying YES to confirm or NO to cancel. For email type C to confirm your appointment.

For our regular standing appointments or any guest not needing confirmation reminders please mention NO confirmation to our front desk staff, and we will be sure to manually update your status. All SPECIAL OFFER promotions are SENT VIA EMAIL. Please inform us of any changes or additions. If you are not receiving our quarterly email blast, please check your junk or spam mail.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

For your convenience we reserved your appointment time just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly request you honor our 48-HOUR cancellation policy. We understand emergencies sometimes happen and will do our best to accommodate your requests.

ALL Multiple services, Packages, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Smoothing Treatment, ALL Hair Color, Hair Extensions and Spa services MUST be retained with a VALID credit card. Credit card will NOT be charged unless appointments are cancelled,  no show or moved within (48 hours policy.)

Failure to cancel will result in 50% retainer fee.  Parties of three or more require 14-day cancellation PRIOR to event

Retainer in advance are required for those with a history of no shows and cancellations without 48 HOUR notice. If you’re unable to CONFIRM with a credit card please call the day of service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs when available with one of our other service providers if available.

Our staff has different creative styles and talents. Please feel free to try another stylist or spa service provider. We are a team of professionals and work together to achieve your total satisfaction.

Spa Packages and multiple party

We tailor each guests experience and pride ourselves in doing so. In order to maintain our high level of professionalism, please ARRIVE 15 min PRIOR to your scheduled service time to eliminate any shortening of your scheduled spa package services.

A credit card retainer is required to schedule any/all SPA packages and multiple guest party.  20% gratuity will be added to the package price.


Dress comfortably. Robes and wraps are provided for most spa services. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry, and all valuables are left at home. It is recommended during a spa treatment that you remove your street clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Keep in mind that our technicians are professionally trained and towels/linens will be draped at all times.

A parent or guardian must accompany spa treatments for guests under age 18.

Allure Salon & Spa will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen articles.


Please schedule your return appointments prior to leaving with a valid credit card in order to ensure proper service booking, time and technician. To ensure prompt service, appointments are always desirable but walk-ins are gladly welcome when appointment are available. Feel free to call us to request if any appointments are available before walking in.

Please SILENCE all cell phones and pagers once inside our facilities to observe the comfort of all guests.

Health Information for Spa Services

Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we can help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid wraps or any treatment that involves heat or detoxification. If you are allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed.


Our team takes pride in the services they provide. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please NOTIFY us within 48 hrs. regarding any corrections to the service you've received. Our team of professionals work together to make each guest experience special. Refunds will not be given on any service.


Product return or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT with exception to sale items, discontinued items, special orders and jewelry.


Gift Card

Gift cards can be purchased on line or by calling the salon direct. Mail deliveries please allow 3-5 business days. Gift cards can be used for services or merchandise unless specific service noted is a donation. Please guard your gift cards as you would money. They are NOT replaceable if lost or stolen.


Gratuities are NOT included in any service, treatment or gift cards unless NOTED ABOVE. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 20% For your convenience we accept gratuities in the form of cash or personal check and Venmo at the time of checkout.

We DO NOT accept gratuities on CREDIT CARD.
